THE STRUGGLES OF DATING IN YOUR 30’s

As women enter their 30s, they may find that dating becomes more challenging. While some women may feel that they are at the prime of their lives and are ready for a serious relationship, they may find that they are not getting noticed by the right men. In this blog post, we will explore why women in their 30s find it difficult to get noticed by men and what they can do to improve their chances. The Challenges Women in their 30s Face: One of the main challenges that women in their 30s face is that they may be perceived as being too old for men who are looking for younger women. While this may not be true for all men, it is a common perception that women in their 30s are less desirable than younger women. Additionally, women in their 30s may find that they are competing with younger women who may be more physically attractive or have less emotional baggage. How social media can help a new freelancer to succeed on upwork.

When I stopped my 9-5 work in 2020, even though I had an online retail business , I was still not satisfied as I was still looking for something to do on the side as a way of making extra cash as I’m always burning data and obviously not on anything useful.  If we're honest, most 9-5s in Nigeria are worthless. They steal your time, youth, and peace of mind. Apparently, I wanted to be able to do something based on my skill set but in order to pull that off , I still needed clients who would pay for my skill sets/services.  At the time, social media was already a valuable exposure and visibility ground to getting traffic to anything , skill , business or service. As a smart lady, I thought to leaverage on that and that’s how I found out the UPWORK platform.  Now for those of you that don’t know what upwork is ?  Upwork is  a global freelancing platform where businesses and independent professionals connect and collaborate remotely .  Upwork is a marketplace f...

HOW TO HANDLE ANGRY CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THEM HAPPY.

Handling angry customers is difficult, but it’s not impossible.   Creating exceptional customer experiences is something more and more businesses strive for. Delivering delight and putting the customer first is crucial, but it’s not always easy. Especially in the world of eCommerce, customer expectations are high. No matter how hard you try to keep your customers happy, things go wrong from time to time. Products get broken in transit, deliveries get delayed and complaints will come in. But the good news is that complaints aren’t always a bad thing, and often, they can lead to positive outcomes – as long as you know how to turn it around with excellent customer service.  Dealing with an angry customer is an opportunity to learn, and an opportunity to turn a negative situation into a positive customer experience. How you react to an angry customer can make or break the perception the customer has with your brand. Instead of fearing an angry customer, use the situati...

HOW TO DEAL WITH NEGATIVE/ DIFFICULT PEOPLE.

So today I started thinking about how we interact with negative or difficult people. People who seem chronically critical, belligerent, indignant, angry, or just plain rude. When someone repeatedly drains everyone around them, how do you maintain a sense of compassion without getting sucked into their doom? And how do you act in a way that doesn’t reinforce their negativity–and maybe even helps them? Here’s what I’ve come up with: 1. Resist the urge to judge or assume. It’s hard to offer someone compassion when you assume you have them pegged. He’s a jerk. She’s a malcontent. He’s an–insert other choice noun. Even if it seems unlikely someone will wake up one day and act differently, we have to remember it is possible. When you think negative thoughts, it comes out in your body language. Someone prone to negativity may feel all too tempted to mirror that. Try coming at them with the positive mindset you wish they had. Expect the best in them. You never know when you might b...
